This Friday would have been the Year 5 class assembly but due to Mr Meadows being on Paternity leave, we have postponed the assembly and it will be re-arranged at a later date.
Next week we will be holding our first stay and play sessions of this academic year. This is an ideal opportunity for parents and carers of nursery and reception children to come into school and see their child’s working environment and interactions with others. Please see the letter sent out earlier this week for more information.
When your child completes an activity on Mathletics points are awarded, which are added to your child’s daily and weekly totals. Using these points, weekly certificates are awarded in assembly on Fridays. Please be aware that certificates are awarded a week behind as the total points are reset automatically every Sunday night.
1000 points in a week = Bronze certificate
5 Bronze certificates = Silver certificate
4 Silver certificates = Gold certificate
