We distributed the St Joseph’s Penny collection boxes earlier this week. We would be grateful if you could return them with any donations before the 7th April, so that we can send the money off to the Diocese for families in need.
Next Thursday is “World Book Day” and to celebrate, we are inviting the children to dress up as their favourite book character and bring in their favourite book. If your child does not wish to dress up, they need to come to school in full uniform.
This Friday, the children in Year 2 are performing their class assembly at 11am. We would love to see as many parents as possible so that they can show you all the hard work they have put into it.
Paralympic champions Dame Sarah Storey and Barney Storey will be visiting during this assembly also.
Year 2 are making “Easter bunnies” during lunchtime with Miss Weir. If your child is in Year 2 and wants to make an Easter bunny, please send them with a £1 donation towards the cost of materials.
